Special rates of $99/night (plus tax) have been arranged, featuring two queen-sized beds. Please call the Courtyard by Marriott (2905 Centre Pointe Drive, Roseville MN 55113) at 651-746-8000 and indicate that you are attending a conference with “Wilberforce Academy”. You must make your reservations by September 24 to be guaranteed this room rate.

Transportation

Conference venue: Grace Church Roseville (handicapped accessible), 1310 County Rd. B-2, Roseville, MN. The church is 1/10 of a mile north of Hwy 36 on Hamline Ave, and ½ mile east of Rosedale Mall and Snelling Avenue.

For those on or near the University of Minnesota: We encourage you to take buses to and from the St Paul campus that go to Rosedale Mall. Public transportation is also available from the Minneapolis campus (transfer is required). You can walk less than one-half mile east of the mall to Grace Church, the conference venue. Alternatively, we will try to connect those willing to provide rides from the campus area with those needing rides. Please indicate on your registration whether you need a ride or whether you are willing to provide a ride.

Those staying at Courtyard by Marriott: A special shuttle has been arranged: On Friday, October 8, the shuttle will depart the hotel at 6:15 pm and drop guests at the church at 6:30 pm and will pick up guests from the church at 9:30 pm. On Saturday, October 9, guests will depart the hotel at 8:30 am drop guests at the church at 8:45 am and pick up guests from the church at 9:30 pm. This schedule is arranged to allow time for networking.
