Dr. Carol Lee Hamrin (PhD, University of Wisconsin)
co-edited, with Stacey Bieler, the three-volume series Salt and Light: Lives of Faith that Shaped Modern China (2009-2010), as well other volumes like God and Caesar in China (2004) and
Decision-Making in Deng’s China (1995). A former US State Department China specialist, she is a Research Professor at George Mason University and Senior Associate with the Global China
Center.
